Terms and Conditions

Because we care about your rights, Eqlaa Al Khaleej Travel and Tourism Company offers its customers the following general terms and conditions. Accessing and benefiting from our services constitutes an agreement to abide by all the terms and conditions stated on the company's website and mobile applications. Eqlaa Al Khaleej Travel and Tourism Company offers features and services that may contain additional guidelines, terms, and agreements. If these terms and conditions are inconsistent with the additional guidelines, terms, or agreements, all additional agreements will apply.
Reservations, Programs, and Offers.
Terms and Conditions:
● The customer has the right to cancel a reservation request at any time before completing the payment process, based on the agreed-upon cancellation policy.
● The customer has the right to modify the tour program before travel, in accordance with the amendment or cancellation policy, if applicable.
● Prices do not include any services other than those listed on the reservation invoice (voucher).
● Prices do not include any additional or personal services such as (early check-in or late check-out at hotels, tips, etc.).
● The offer is not subject to availability in any circumstances (such as sold-out seats and rooms, full capacity, expiration of the offer, etc.).
● Prices and room availability are subject to change without prior notice unless the reservation is confirmed.
● Multiple transfer fees or hourly rates apply for stops outside the specified itinerary.
● The passport must be valid for the duration of the trip (passport validity must not be less than six months from the departure date).
● It is the customer's responsibility to obtain international medical insurance. The company may provide medical insurance as an additional service.
● Eqlaa Al Khaleej Travel and Tourism is not responsible for any modification or cancellation of the travel itinerary due to the customer's failure to complete the required procedures or for other reasons at the customer's own risk.
● All information included in the reservation invoice (Voucher), including room type, number of people, number of children, children's dates of birth, arrival and departure dates, is the customer's responsibility. Any additional costs resulting from any changes to this information are borne by the customer without any liability to the company.
● For group tours: You must adhere to the specified meeting place and time. The company is not responsible for any delays, as the group will depart on its scheduled date.
● It is the customer's responsibility to report any problems as they arise and notify the employee immediately. The company is not obligated to compensate for unsubstantiated problems.
● When making a complaint, it is the customer's responsibility to provide and explain the full details of the problem with legal evidence.
● The customer is entitled to compensation for proven poor service provided by Eqlaa Al Khaleej Travel and Tourism.
● Eqlaa Al Khaleej Travel and Tourism is not responsible for compensation for any personal or political problems that the customer may have experienced, unrelated to what Eqlaa Al Khaleej Travel and Tourism offers.
● All offers and monthly installment prices shown in Eqlaa Al Khaleej Travel and Tourism advertisements do not include financing fees from financing companies, if any. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the terms and conditions with Emkan Finance or all financing institutions with which they regularly deal.
Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
● The cancellation policy (which varies depending on the program and reservation) will be explained by a Gulf Escape Travel and Tourism employee prior to booking.
● Cancellation or amendment fees apply according to the cancellation policy (which varies depending on the program and reservation) sent by the Gulf Escape Travel and Tourism employee to the customer. These fees increase the closer the cancellation or amendment is to the travel date, up to 100% depending on the cancellation policy.
● Cancellation of confirmed reservations is subject to cancellation fees according to the terms and conditions of the service booked by the service provider.

Visas and Visas
● If a tourist visa application is rejected by the embassy of the country you wish to travel to, the company is not responsible for that rejection, and the total value of the prepaid visa will not be refunded.
● Further information on passport and visa requirements can be obtained from the embassy of the country you wish to travel to, or from a visa officer at Gulf Escape Travel and Tourism.
● Eqlaa Al Khaleej Travel and Tourism is not responsible for any new decisions made by a particular embassy.
Airlines
● Advertised prices vary depending on the time of booking and seat availability.
● The company is not responsible for determining the baggage allowance of the airline.
● In the event of a change or cancellation of airline tickets, cancellation fees will be charged according to the policy sent by the Eqlaa Al Khaleej Travel and Tourism employee to the customer (change fees, difference in service class/class, seats, etc.).
● If the customer contacts the airline with which the reservation was made and makes changes to the ticket, Eqlaa Al Khaleej Travel and Tourism is not responsible for this.
● The terms and conditions specified by the airline apply.
